Pulse skills
Operational skills for Pulse tickets, clients, catalogues, documents, assets, protected credentials, diagnostics, devices, reference data and SLA evidence. Requires Node 22 or newer and a Pulse API key with the relevant permissions.
This repository is generated from Pulse's canonical skills. Do not edit generated copies here. Maintainer debugging and private repository runbooks are excluded. Public availability does not grant API access. License: UNLICENSED.
Install
git clone https://git.circeaura.com/synatra/pulse-skills.git
cd pulse-skills
./install.sh --target codex
# Or: --target claude, --target openclaw, --target all, --dest <skills-directory>
The installer keeps Pulse transport in .pulse-support and links the ten skills
to it. It never changes credentials. Existing skills require --force to replace.
The installed package also works with Cerebro; no private Pulse checkout is needed.
Claude marketplace installation:
/plugin marketplace add https://git.circeaura.com/synatra/pulse-skills.git
/plugin install pulse@pulse
Codex's marketplace descriptor is .agents/plugins/marketplace.json. Register this
Git repository in your client's plugin marketplace UI, then install Pulse, or use
the filesystem installer above. Both plugin formats include the compiled transport.
Verify and update
node plugins/pulse/skills/.shared/pulse-api.mjs version
node plugins/pulse/skills/.shared/pulse-api.mjs help
node plugins/pulse/skills/.shared/pulse-api.mjs --env staging reference context
Read the installed pulse-reference skill's shared preflight for credential setup.
Reads default to production; choose staging explicitly. Writes preview until
--confirm, which requires authorization for the exact action.
Normal API calls report installed/deployed catalogue drift and check the public manifest anonymously for a newer release. Notices continue the current task; incompatible API protocols stop before the server performs the operation. A catalogue difference alone does not say which side is newer. An unavailable public manifest does not fail an operation. Agents should mention an update notice once and update only when authorized.
For filesystem installs:
git pull --ff-only
./install.sh --target codex --force
For native plugin installs, update the marketplace and Pulse plugin through your
client. Reload skills/start a new session afterwards. Do not manually copy one skill
without its matching shared support. PULSE_SKILLS_ROOT can select this checkout's
plugins/pulse/skills explicitly for Cerebro.
